Great Condo

We have stayed in Nancy's C-unit condo for 9 days and really loved this place. The view is awesome, both from the bedroom and the living room. The rooms are large and tastefully furnished, the bed is comfortable, kitchen is well equipped, TV and Internet all work fine. AC units are upgraded so they are efficient and quiet, unlike most others at the Elysian. In a word, all the comforts of home transported to a beautiful Caribbean beach. The location is great as well – only a few minutes drive to Red Hook and only a couple of steps to Ritz. Caribbean Fish Market, which opened in Jan 2012, is located right at the Elysian and is a great option for dinner. The chef serves innovative fish and seafood dishes using mostly local ingredients. Texas Pit Barbeque in Red Hook is another great choice. And, of course, you can book a fishing charter and cook your own catch, like we did for a couple dinners. Nancy is great to work with – she provides clear instructions and is very responsive to questions, making the logistics easy.
